Up to 30 accounts, the store plans are cheaper and start right away.

When you send it, the message arrives in our e-mail inbox. It is delivered by Resend, and that is all Resend sees — what you write here doesn't become a sign-up or a mailing list. Details in section 5.4 of the Privacy Policy (official version in Portuguese).

Prefer to write directly?

No problem — the form above is just a way of not forgetting anything. Write to contato@zappydue.com telling us how many accounts you need and how your operation works. You can write in English.

What happens next

  1. We reply within two business days, with a proposal for the number of accounts and the price.
  2. Once agreed, the deal is put in writing, with the payment method and invoicing settled — and the charge does not go through the app store.
  3. Access is unlocked right away after that: it is activated on our side, and the app starts allowing the number of accounts you contracted. You don't need to reinstall anything or scan the QR codes again.

About your data. In a direct contract we only handle what is needed to issue the invoice and record the agreement — company or personal name, tax ID, billing address and contact details. Never card numbers or bank details. It is all in section 5.3 of the Privacy Policy and clause 8 of the Terms of Use, whose official versions are in Portuguese.
